My name is Nik, I am from Washington, Georgia, my culinary training has been influenced by his Southern roots and my 90-year-old grandmother, who enjoyed three decades as a professional cook, but he also has picked up a love for quality, fresh ingredients and blending flavors from other cultures, thanks to various chefs he has befriended.
I run my personal chef business with an eagerness to exhibit new flavors and techniques and have a focused passion for creating memories for others surrounded by food.
